Our school conducted Yoga session morning and evening from 19th to 24th January. The sessions were conducted by Prof. R.S.Bhogal, Principal, Gordhandas Seksaria College of Yoga & Cultural Synthesis, Kaivalyadhama, Lonavla. The emphasis was on Meditative practices of yoga along with essential asana and pranayama to achieve perfect physical and mental health. The sessions were attended by students, teaching and non-teaching staff.
